Learn to alleviate stress, build concentration, and gain increased self-understanding and contentment through AWARENESS MEDITATION training. This practice is a way to nurture ourselves and free the mind from conflict, unblocking the pool of creative intuitive energy.


There are 5 lessons in this highly effective course, each of which includes lecture and practice. The Phase 1 Course provides an essential foundation for meditation practice, introducing focusing skills to heighten your awareness of sensations, help you calmly observe and let go of thoughts, and enable you to stay present and appreciate each moment as life unfolds, during meditation practice and beyond. Phases 2 through 4 of the Awareness Meditation Training Program will be offered by Mataji in upcoming retreats.


Awareness Meditation Training was created by Mataji, and over the past twenty-five years its various components have been offered in a wide variety of settings to people from all walks of life. It has been taught to:
